Community Service:
Students must complete 20 hours of Community Service in order to graduate. All community service hours are due the quarter prior to a student's graduation quarter. Both this Community Service Form and Reflection Form must be completed for each organization where the student completes hours. All forms must be submitted to Mrs. Matyszewski.
