Over two weekends in August, Mrs. Klein and Mr. Cruse took 10 students on the Geology of Colorado outdoor education trip. Students learned about and experienced the variety of geologic features in Colorado by visiting Cave of the Winds, Red Rock Canyon Open Space, Garden of the Gods, Paint Mines Interpretive Park, and Spruce Mountain. The grand finale of the trip was conquering Mount Bierstadt with a summit of 14,066 feet.
