Howl at the CWWC

The Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center (CWWC) opened its doors in a very special way for our students to experience their Wolf Encounter - an experience usually reserved for paying patrons age 18 and above. The students worked on fire mitigation and were told they did more work in one day than a military crew had done over a whole weekend. Paid guests who were also at CWWC thought the students were on staff, not only because of the work vests they were wearing, but also because the students were respectful and polite to everyone they encountered.  The trip concluded with an educational tour, and leading the entire wolf pack in a howl.  The wolves howled for a solid two minutes, creating a magical experience for all in attendance at CWWC.
